Neck pain

Neck pain is a common condition caused from poor posture putting excess strain and pressure in neck muscles. If neck pain is accompanied by numbness or loss of strength in the arms or it can be a symptom of an underlying disorder. Neck pain may be mild or severe starting from the top of the shoulders to the bottom of the head and may limit the range of motion.
